Increasing the building size may not really help the line situation. The university would still have to hire more people to distribute loan checks to make the line go faster. It could end up being just like the post office. Just cuz it’s a bigger building, doesn’t make it more efficent. Just makes for more wasted space cuz there will be the same 3 workers and 5 empty booths unless they are willing to pay more employees to stand there and give out checks. However, making the old cafeteria complex bigger would bring the students waiting inside and out of the rain, so I guess in that respect it would be advantageous. Just a thought….
