O and remember that plane crash right after 9/11 that ended up in a neighborhood around NY city? Well they attribute it to the co-pilot making uneccesary rapid shifts in the rudder to compensate for turbulence on takeoff. This ended up sheering the damn thing off - and for those of you unfamiliar with what a rudder does…without it you’d basically need to turn the plane on its side to make a reasonable shift in the heading. Then those poor schlubs would have their neighbors food on them - from across the aisle. Here’s a link if you’re interested. Flight 587
