My Point Proven

Posted in General on May 31st, 2005

Now I’ve been known to make the occasional wise crack on females and their driving/common sense abilities - they are usually just in good fun and I don’t mean them. This however is funny…

Consoles

Xbox 360 and Playstation 3? Heard of these? Well it looks like you’re gonna drop a probably $300 (299.99) bones on the X and 50,000 Yen for the Playstation. Yup that’s $465 bux!!!! This is getting ridiculous. I could build a tower that or less that would run circles around anything Playstation or Xbox could produce.

PC shall always and forever rule over console gaming.

If you disagree you should be punched in the face. Mario Cart is cool in it’s own right - but lets keep it real. ;)

Games may be cool - but you’re all getting ripped off. As I’m writing this I’m curious about the Gamecube 2 so let me go look that up BRB….0ok I’m back. No immediate results on a price for that console - hopefully it wont be unreasonable. God knows Lucas Jr. will have all 3 though on the second day of release. An easy G - at Dads, Moms AND Grandmas. *bites lip*

Here’s some links if anyones interested.

Deans List

Posted in General on May 13th, 2005

Turns out I made Deans List too this semester. My first time in my college career - a big difference from High School. At least I got it in before I graduated. Maybe I’ll do it for the fall semester too.

I’m leaving to go home tomorrow - Grandads dying.

Spring 05 Grades

LOL LOL - Thanks Dr. Das! Thought I was doomed for a C in that one!

3.5 for the Semester - not too bad, not too great. Very hard classes. During finals week I wrote around 22 essays JUST for exams, not including all the case briefs, papers and previous exams throughout the courses. I also had a US Marshal Interview this morning at 10:00 hours which went well. I go back on Tuesday for fingerprinting.

Overall I’m content with my performance for my last academic semester - hooray for summer break.
