Rehnquist died Saturday at the age of 80, and the Supreme Court announced the arrangements Sunday evening.
To my knowledge Mr. Rehnquist passed away on my 25th birthday - the 3rd day of September 2005. Two open spots on the Supreme Court - in one lifetime - at the SAME time…
